Forms & Information

Below are forms, information documents and a step-by-step guide to be reviewed, completed and submitted by the required time frames. In order for your Event Date(s) to remain booked with us it is important to submit both documents and payments on time. Please take time to carefully review all information provided below to help guide you so due dates are not missed.

Step 1: Due Day of Reservation
Save the Date, Rental Contract, & Renters Check Off List

  • Give us a call or email to check our availability, select your date & make your Save the Date deposit (50% of venue rental rate).

  • Complete and submit the Rental Agreement (Click Here) & the Renters Promissory Note/Waiver (Click Here) at time of Save the Date payment to confirm your reservation. 

  • Please review Renters Check Off List (Click Here) for document and payment timelines.

Step 2: Due 120 Days Prior to Event Date
Second Payment & Disclosure of Plans

  • Make your second payment, 50% of remaining venue rental cost.

  • Submit disclosure of exterior and interior plans, activities, drawings, power source, etc.​​

Step 3: Due 60 Days Prior to Event Date
Final Payment with Other Deposits & Fees and the Vendors & Caterers Promissory Note/Waiver

  • Submit final venue rental amount due along with other deposit and fee.

  • Vendor Promissory Note/Waiver (Click Here) must be submitted to venue.

  • If this event qualifies as a Special Event please submit additional required information at this time. Special Event Examples: Farmers Market, Vendor Trade Show, etc.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Take time to review, sign, and submit the Rules & Guidelines (Click Here) to assist you through your rental of the Home & Venue.

  • Use the Cleaning Check Off List (Click Here) to assist you in clean up of the Home & Venue after the event. 

In the event you must cancel:
Cancellation Steps
  1. In the event of a cancellation, please complete, sign and return the Cancellation Letter (Click Here)

  2. Once we receive your notice we will send an email that you will need to promptly respond to in order to confirm the cancellation.
